10. Once the free throw is released all three officials assume normal rebounding responsibilities on their side of the basket line. F. Throw-ins 1. Box in players (discuss physical and visual boxing in). 2. Good eye contact/give help when needed. 3. Administering official check table before placing the ball at the disposal of the thrower. 4. Designate throw-in spot. 5. On all throw-ins, the administering official has the option to hand or bounce ball to the thrower. 6. Know where the ball is to be put in play after a foul, violation, time out or other stoppage of play. Immediately, indicate the ensuing throw-in spot. G.
